Womens Active 20-30 Club, Golden Empire #1038 is a ladies philanthropic organization in Bakersfield, California. We are a group of young professionals within the community, between the ages of 20 and 39. Active 20-30 United States & Canada provides young adults with an opportunity for personal growth, friendship, and leadership development, while improving the quality of life for special needs children in the community.
